The staff was great and I appreciate that there was no wait however $175 feels really expensive for an oil change. The euro up charge didn’t help me. No complaints about the service but I didn’t like the price jump since my last time visiting.

The Ballinger Way location seems to prioritize communication and attention to detail. Top notch experience.

The location i went to was the Ballinger shop, 20309 Ballinger Way NE, Seattle, WA. For those in the area it is located right off the Lake City Way exit of I-5, by McDonald's and across the street from the Thriftway shopping center. My experience there today (6/3/26) was outstanding. This Jiffy Lube is now staffed with seasoned professionals who are respectful, caring, well-trained, and very customer oriented. No one tried to upsell me, which had been a real issue in the past. The manager and two service techs with whom I had contact took care of my concerns with a very cordial attitude. An oil change was done on my car and the pricing was competitive. I live about 30 miles away and will not hesitate to visit this location when my car needs serviced again. It was the best Jiffy Lube experience I have had in more than 5 years!!!

The staff at this Jiffy Lube were all so nice and professional. Everything was explained to me that was going on with my car and what needed to be done added or whatever. And it was just an overall great experience

Daniel O Jared B and Shane L was a great help with getting back on the road in a safe and timely fashion I enjoyed the extra detail and information I was given about my vehicle to ensure my safety on the road greatly appreciated

Usually getting your oil changed sucks but this was the most pleasant oil change experience I’ve ever had. Shoutout to Josh and Daniel - they did a great job. Would definitely recommend.
