Robert is amazing. They work so well as a team and try to get everyone done as quickly as possible. They give you a list of recommended services that may be needed so the maintenance on your car feels complete. Such friendly staff.

They were FANTASTIC!!! Robert, Nate, Mila, and Carlos answered each and every question I had. My dad always said to watch what mechanics do to your car and that’s what I loved about Jiffy Lube in Burien I got to watch everything they did and I totally trusted them and will ALWAYS BE GOING TO THAT STORE! In fact I’m getting my transmission done there next month. Wonderful experience! Highly Highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Burien, plus they check all the fluids and belts. Can’t say enough wonderful things about this store. Robert was exceptionally knowledgeable on every part of questions I asked about my car maintaining it properly, Nate will be servicing my transmission next month. I had a really great experience at Jiffy Lube. What stood out most was how thorough and communicative the team was throughout the entire visit. I originally came in for a routine service, but they took the time to identify and fix an oil leak that could have become a much bigger issue down the line. Not only did they repair it, but they also cleaned up the mess, which I really appreciated. They kept me updated multiple times, clearly explaining what they found, what needed to be done, and how long it would take. I never felt out of the loop or pressured—just well taken care of. It’s rare to find this level of attention to detail and customer service. Highly recommend this location if you want honest, thorough, and professional service.

I've been going to this Jiffy Lube for the last three years. They've always done great work and I've always felt welcome showing up, even if it's just to get air in my tires. The shop came under new ownership/management as of last year and I must say, the work quality has gone from great to exemplary. The staff work hard and go the extra mile (haha driving pun), to make sure that any fixes, refills or diagnoses are accurate and executed correctly. They even gave me a list for the car of what they found on the car to be in good condition, what may need consideration for future work and what procedures will be required soon, for safety reasons. Also just had some good casual conversation with the staff as they went about their work and ended up with a light discount on the final bill, which was immensely appreciated! They know the expense of the work and check in with you to make sure you're comfortable, or within budget if things need to be added during maintenance. Given the times we are living in, that alone goes a long way. If you live in the Burien/White Center area and are looking for a friendly, solid and well run JiffyLube for car service, I definitely recommend this location.
