Maliek was very knowledgeable and helpful for me when we visited jiffy lube off of patriot hwy. @ store #3097. I recommend this jiffy lube for any and all of your basic vehicle maintenance. Maliek was very respectful and honest to what I needed done for my 2019 GMC.

Friendly greeting. Taken to a nice waiting room. In about 15 minutes we were done. They completed an extensive check of components and filled fluids. The price was fair and i feel I can trust them. I also will be getting my windshield replaced at another location.

I was stressed about my car while traveling and Savannah answered my call quickly and kindly and knew just who I was when I showed up a bit later. The team was so fast I didn’t even have time to sit in the lobby. Savannah explained my engine codes clearly and was so nice. I got back on the road feeling much more at ease thanks to the whole team.

Great Customer Service! The staff there were all friendly! I went in for an oil change and brake fluid, found out I needed new brakes, rotors, and calipers, and some bolts that needed to be replaced, I just bought my car used from a used car dealership and of course I had so many issues with the car, Savannah really helped me out and worked with me on everything I needed, Tyshaun came in early the next day just to work hard on my car to get it done right after being so messed up from the previous user, all the staff that night where so helpful!

Shout out to Savanna and the boys for an awesome oil change experience today!
