Brooke and Jonathan did an amazing job. Fast service!!

Brooke Jeremy and I can’t remember the other guys’s name, but they all were amazing today got me in and out quickly as I was in a rush. I know where I will be coming to do my oil changes in the future.

My stop at Jiffy Lube was super easy. Brooke was especially helpful. She took the time to explain all of my options and did the work in a very efficient manner. Jiffy Lube needs more employees like Brooke!

Execellent service Jonathan always takes care of me. Helped me with an undercairage piece and didn’t have to do that.

Great service. No other customers were there when I arrived. But shortly after, 4 more cars pulled up. The two employees did a great job handling the rush. They got all the cars done within about 30 minutes. Fantastic service

John in Azle is Absolutely the best. Him and his employees are so helpful and super fast! I come here every time I need him and he is super nice and helpful. I have never have had a problem. Got in quickly and was able to stay in my car. I appreciated that. The offerings given for oil change was given. However the only offerings included engine additives not just the oil change. Maybe next time offer basic oil change not other items then offer upgrades. Everyone’s friendly would come back to this location in the future.

My Experience with this location was AMAZING! ?? 10 out of 10 Highly recommend! I came for a state inspection and I didn't have a lot of time before I had to leave and get my son from school. I initially came just to ask questions because I didn't think I had enough time to get the actual service done. However I told them the situation I was in and they quickly and professionally checked my car and my information. Brittany was outstanding and professional not to mention kind and so understanding! In today's world customer service isn't always valued but I could tell they really cared here. I will definitely be back for all of my vehicles needs moving forward. ?? Thanks again Brittany ??
