Went in for an inspection came out and directed me where to go…very friendly professional staff….explained and showed me what was needed never pushy on trying to upsale on anything. Out pretty quickly! Will definitely go back!

No wait time and was pleasantly greeted by Jiffy staff member helped and explained everything to me since this was my first oil change since returning stateside. While doing several check points they discovered my AC Filter had not been changed since I brought the car in 2017, when they showed me the dirty moldy filter I could not believe all the times I had the car serviced in Germany they never changed the AC filter. KUDOS to Jiffy Lube.

I went to the Jiffy Lube on Ella. Paul helped me and was quick to service me and all my needs. I went there just for an air filter change, but ended up getting several other things because of the great prices. But I’d like to give another special shout out to Paul the manager because he was amazing, friendly and very helpful!!!

Today at jiffy lube on Ella near the heights, I got an oil change. I live in humble but happened to need blow off an hour waiting for gatlins bbq to open. I decided to get a quick oil change and went here. The service was so good, the mechanic Nolan was so kind and knowledgeable about my cars issues that I decided to purchase the air filters even though I know I could have gotten them cheaper and put them in myself. All of the guys there provided such good service that I even purchased a coolant and fuel flush. They have earned lifetime customers from me and my family. Even though I live in humble, I will forever drive over there for my car needs. Thank you guys

Just went in for an emissions check, they happened to check my cabin air filter and it was beyond filthy. I appreciate that they found a legitimate issue and didn’t try to find a bunch of unnecessary “issues” to upsell me. All the gentlemen working there were polite and customer oriented. The tech even pointed out a $10 coupon I could use. I love friendly hassle free service!

I have been getting my oil changed here for 10 years. They are reliable, I never have to wait long and have great service! Sal has been a great help!
