Evan, Noah, and the entire Jiffy Lube Crew were on point today when I visited. From the moment I arrived communication was outstanding. They asked how they could help Give you an estimated timeframe make you feel very welcome and socialize with you throughout your visit. Excellent host they all are providing excellent customer service, and preventive maintenance. Thank you.

Quick oil change and very helpful service! Evan was great to work with.

Evan was so helpful and explained the different packages. We were not pushed for any specific one and he allowed us to choose what we needed. If you want great Custer service he is your guy.

The men over here are extremely nice mannered they are quick and get it done when living downtown Austin I would drive town to south austin to get my oil changed love this location definitely recommend I had (Isaac .S ) Today and was very satisfied with the service.

They stayed open late for me and were extra professional. When I called them ahead of time, they didn’t even flinch when I asked if it was okay to come in right before closing. He just said, “of course. We would stay open even if you came one minute before closing.”

We wanted to share the positive experience we had with Isaac today. We brought in my dad’s favorite truck for an oil change. My dad passed away two months ago, and my mom hadn’t really thought much about the truck or having it serviced since then. When we arrived, Isaac greeted us right away. Even though it was lunchtime and he hadn’t even eaten yet, he was energetic, friendly, and welcoming. He made us laugh and immediately made us feel comfortable. You could tell he genuinely cared and was happy to help. My dad loved his 2006 Ram truck, and after today’s experience, we know we’ve found a place where we’ll always feel welcome bringing it in. Thank you, Isaac, for your kindness and excellent service during a time that still feels emotional for our family.

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube from the moment I pulled in for my oil change. I was greeted professionally right away, and the staff took the time to explain the different service packages and what each one offered without rushing me at all. Team Lead Isaac and Upper Bay James did an outstanding job and made sure I was completely satisfied with the service. They truly went above and beyond and were extremely friendly throughout the entire visit. Great customer service is hard to find nowadays, and this team definitely delivered. Because of this experience, I will continue coming back to Jiffy Lube and will also recommend them to my family members. Five stars all the way!

Most maintenance-related experiences are stressful and complicated but Evan and Robbie are the greatest. Easy to work with, clear communication, and in my experience have given honest opinions about needs and timelines without putting up-sell pressure on me. This location is my preferred provider for regular scheduled maintenance.

Evan was a huge help and extremely knowledgeable. While I stopped in for an oil change, he noticed both of my filters need to be replaced. He educated me on the importance of replacing these for the longevity of my car. I would recommend jiffy lube off Mechanca. I have been coming here for years
