I came to this place one time a while back and they did such a good job that I returned today. John Tyrese and Jamar did a great job. They fixed a couple things that needed attention without any kind of upsell whatsoever. I plan to return again and be a loyal customer.

Nick, Tyrese, and Jon at this location are the reason I won’t go anywhere else for an oil change. As a woman, I’ve walked into plenty of places and immediately felt like I was being talked down to or taken advantage of — that was not the case here. They’re straightforward, friendly, and actually know what they’re talking about — which isn’t always a given. They went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of without me having to ask twice. No upselling, no hassle, just good work and good people. If your car needs service, come here and ask for them.

I’ve been putting off getting my tail light fixed for probably six months and they did it in five minutes and we’re so nice and helpful that made me feel so much better about coming back to Jiffy Lube for things!

Tyrese, Nick and Jamar where life savers. I came in without much money and a squealing power steering unit. They taught me how to check the fluid and explained what was wrong. Stopped by on my return from the Charleston VA Hospital on my return to Murrells Inlet, a 2 hour drive. Thank you guys so much for helping this car ignorant woman.

John, Jamar, and Nick were quick and effective. Looked beyond the requested service to ensure I was aware of other needs on my vehicle.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. I don’t feel like I’m ever being asked to pay for something that’s not necessary. I’m usually in and out quickly, including today when John and Rob helped me.

The team is so knowledgeable and efficient with oil change. I was really in and out in 10-15 min as they promised. Would for sure recommend!

Truly great service! They checked some bumper pieces that had come unscrewed and screwed them back into place along with an oil change and coolant replacement.
