Jimmy was very knowledgeable and courteous!

Just got done with with my oil change at Jiffy Lube’s Jimmy is one of the best it’s so real I had to use my cousin Google just to post my reactions. I would definitely come back from now on thanks again.

i don’t know much about cars, but Jimmy made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. He was honest, respectful, and took great care of my vehicle. i’ll definitely be coming back for future services. thanks again jimmy !

Fantastic service. Jimmy did a wonderful job of keeping me up-to-date on the status of my vehicle and they really went the extra mile to make sure everything got fixed so that I could safely drive my car.

I’ve exclusively taken my vehicle to Jiffy Lube the past few years. 9/10 it’s to this particular location, Red Bank. I’ve always had a great experience. Sometimes you have a wait and other-times you’re in and out. This heavily depends on the time of the day and not the lack of workers or quality. I never feel pressured or haggled into upgrading or buying other things. That means a lot coming from a woman who exclusively comes in by herself. Jimmy, the manager, had a great attitude and seemed personable to myself and others around me. Definitely recommend this location.

After a horrible experience at the 4423 Hardscrabble Rd. location. I was sent to Redbank location where I was met with exceptional customer service, and a real Diagnostic. And I left with the solution.

I LOVE THIS LOCATION! The Manager Jimmy is always honest and straightforward about what my car needs and today, Deshawn, Logan and Andrew were Welcoming and had me in and out in no time. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Andrew and Deshawn gave the most professional help and insight to what my vehicle needed as far as oil and filters

I’ve used this location multiple times with no issues, but this time wasn’t great. First, the technician left his phone in my car and I had to drive back for that (I live 30 minutes away). Then the next day we are headed out of town and hear a terrible noise, turns out they didn’t bolt the skid plate back in place. We had to go all the way back again for them to fix that. I only took one star off, because multiple times and we’ve not had issues before, but with this experience, will probably try somewhere else. They also were not busy at all, I was the only one there at the time, so the lack of attention was even more concerning, I’d hate to see what happens if they’re busy.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Scott was very helpful. Will be returning to this location to get more work on my truck.

The jiffy lube in Red Bank with the manager Jimmy M. did a quick job and were professional. They vacuumed the car and washed the windshield which were nice bonuses.

I had an AMAZING experience at this location! As a female, it can be scary with car issues . I went in last week to order a tire and Mr. Jimmy was very kind and had patience to order me the right tire and even went to pick it up for me to make sure it wasn’t delayed any longer than needed. I’ll be definitely coming back to this location again . Also , Logan answered the phone with a smile I can see through the phone when I first called a few weeks ago and guided me through the business hours and etc . Don’t hesitate to come here :)

I've been coming to jiffy lube for a while now and have been very happy with the service! I recommend this jiffy lube for oil changes and other auto services needed! They always service my vehicle in a timely manner and show me any air filters that may need changed.

Was in the area so I stopped in for my routine oil change and rear differential fluid change. Jimmy and his crew had me in and out in no time. They always take care of me even if I just need my washer fluid topped off. Keep up the good work guys! ????
