Every time my vehicle needs to be serviced (oil change). I always go to Jiffy Lube. They are welcoming and pleasant. My favorite person to see is Mrs. Peggy. She is my go to person for all my vehicle needs. She always inform me of what services my vehicle needs and assure I get my vehicle serviced in a timely manner. She communicates very well. She is also very informative and informs me of everything that I possibly might need for my vehicle ,to assure my vehicle runs smoothly and properly.

Jiffy Lube in Aiken, SC across from Walmart does an excellent job with my small car. It’s a European car and difficult to change oil because of how to access but they always manage to get the job completed. The staff is also very professional and work as a team! To them I say: Thank U Always!

I always get good service in Aiken, SC on Richland! I have tried other Jiffy Lube and the customer service is not the same as Richland Ave. I have been a customer for years!

I had an exceptional experience here today! It was my first visit, and I couldn't be more satisfied. They handled the oil change, fixed my right turn signal and tag lights, checked the tires, and replaced the AC filters, along with a thorough inspection of other components.The entire team was incredibly professional, and the work was excellent. One of the staff (I didn’t catch his name, but his kindness deserved a special mention) helped me prioritize the most important repairs first to make sure I was comfortable with the final price. He truly cared about what was best for me and my car. Just like a father would advise his daughter. I left completely satisfied. Thank you to each and every one of you for your hard work! Trustworthy!
