Manager is great. Super professional and always kind. No additional work commissioned without consent and if you decline there is no pressure like other car shops. Been using them for years.

I was in and out within 15 minutes. The service was awesome. They did a quick and efficient job of making sure that my oil got changed. They looked at my air filters and set me up for my next appointment five stars.

Excellent oil change service

Fast top notch service with no BS and no upselling. Literally on my way home 30 minutes after I pulled in. Oil change, tire rotation, a few recommendations to think about in the future and done. Always highly satisfied here.

The service guy went out of his way to complete not only the oil change and tire rotation but he got the inspection done before closing today so I didn’t have to leave the car overnight. It was such a great thing in spite of the six cars that came in after I did and they got serviced before he got the inspection completed! Awesome job!!!

I keep going back because I have been happy with the overall experience. Never feel pressured with any recommendations. Appreciate their suggestions and input.

I desperately needed an oil change and they squeezed me in 20 minutes before they closed! All of the staff were kind, welcoming, and efficient. I was very appreciative of their kindness.

Work was done quickly and efficiently. Staff were polite and communicative.

I’ve had so many services at Jiffy Lube in Cranberry Twp, from oil changes to tire leak repair, new tire installations, high/low beam lights replaced, and state inspections, they never disappoint. They are very thorough, explain their services in detail, and have been very honest as to whether a service is actually needed. Their manager is top notch and very customer service oriented. I highly recommend them.

First time here today and I was very impressed! Fast service, fair pricing and the team was so professional. Jacob explained my service report and he was great! He was helpful, and friendly and did an amazing job explaining everything. I will definitely be back.
