Update: Kyle came to my home this morning to look at the car. After looking at it, it was a knocking sensor. Kyle fixed the issue and my car seems to be ok now ?? I really appreciated the swift communication and the dedication to make sure my car was ok. After my experience back in October when I had to get the engine replaced. I am quick to freak out. So I apologize for my irrational thoughts and would definitely recommend going to this Jiffy lube. It’s hard to find places that actually care about their customers anymore. Came in today to get my oil changed, brake fluid and anti freeze checked changed. Everything seemed fine until I got into my car this evening and my check engine light is blinking and oil is leaking out of my car. I spent $400 and something to get this done. I told them I got a new engine and turbo put in the car in October. The engine is BRAND NEW! I couldn’t even get in touch with anyone at the store to get this resolved. Just a stupid robot telling me to bring the car in. I don’t want to destroy my engine with I just spent $12,000 to get it replaced.

Saint took care of me at the desk today, but that's not to discredit the work being done by the guys in the bay. I was in and out of the store in about 20 minutes, and the whole team did a wonderful job. Definitely coming back!

Stopped in today for an oil change and ended up needing another service. They found me a part at another location and not only did he give me a great price but since the part was not able to be delivered in time for closing the technician actually drove to pick it up himself. Very professional and qualified staff. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. Specifically, Tony @ the Alameda site was very helpful in assisting me to evaluate maintenance needs. My father and grandson are mechanics, and Tony definitely knew what he was talking about. The overall experience was positive and I would absolutely return for oil changes and routine maintenance in the future.
