At first, I shared a $25 off coupon online and they said they couldn't honor it. It was quite frustrating because it is a corporate coupon that they said they couldn't honor. They offered a $15. Then they came back and honored it. James and Stanley were helpful

I always use Jiffy Lube for oil changes because I don’t need to make an appointment but they also always prioritize customer service. Shout out to James and Colton!

We’ve been to a lot of Jiffy Lubes. This location by far was the quickest, friendliest and most respectful. James, Roger and Colton did an amazing job.

Fast, friendly and noticed great teamwork amongst the employees. I would highly recommend the location on 180th Center.

As always my favorite location! Roger and team did phenomenal! They also identified issues with my car and provided pictures so I could see the issue and we came up with a course of action! Service as always, faster than a Jimmy John’s delivery! Freaky Fast!

The guys at Jiffy Lube were great! Joshua walked me through what my car needed. He let me know what was more urgent, what could wait, and what I should be prepared for in the future when it comes to my car’s needs. He even had a coupon I could use! The guys were all super nice and they worked quickly and efficiently!

The guys have always been professional however I’m extremely disappointed that the veterans discount has been reduced from 15% to $10. I noticed also the American flag is no longer flying over this facility. Maybe it’s time to go somewhere else.

They did not offer to replace my engine air filter, it was really bad. So I asked, waited over 20 minutes and never was replaced. I asked them to show me how to reset the warning that said I needed an oil change. They could not figure it out.

Had an awesome experience at Jiffy Lube thanks to LL Cool J! Super friendly, professional, and made the whole visit super nice and easy. He went above and beyond with customer service, and the free Rain-X was a great bonus. Really appreciated the attention to detail and positive attitude.
