Very courteous. The place was spotless and the staff very pleasant. Water was offered and kindness was abundant. Only complaint was that it caught me off guard that the service was 110 just to get an oil change and it took over an hour, but I guess you cant put a price on professionalism and courtesy.

Great fast service! I need a tire put on a rim. Went to one place and was told it would be a hour wait so I drove to Jiffy Lube in Richland, MS. As soon as I parked my truck I was greeted by a worker that walked out to the parking lot to see what I was needing done. I told her. She called to one her techs and he came out and said it would take only a few minutes. He told me to back up to the bay door and he unloaded the rim and tire. Within around 10 minutes he had the tire mounted/ balanced and I was done.

Amazing service at Jiffy Lube in Richland! The team was very friendly, quick, and helpful from pull-in to finish. They answered all my questions, made sure I understood everything about my car, and never tried to upsell anything I didn’t need. I really appreciated that they took their time with me. Great people, great service—I’ll definitely be back!

Quickly Friendly Service

Had a really go experience with having my tires replaced. I came in with a vibration and got new tries for a reasonable price. Not too long of a wait either.
