This was my first visit to this location, and I had a great experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions with care. My oil change was completed quickly, and I will definitely be returning for future maintenance.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube in Reisterstown. The staff was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly without any pressure. The service was quick, the waiting area was comfortable, and they made the whole process easy. I really appreciated how transparent and helpful they were. I’ll definitely be back!

When I go to the Jiffy Lube on Main Street in Reisterstown, I am always greeted with a smile from the technician. He shows me to the waiting room while he works on my vehicle. The manager goes over what my vehicle is needed and explains what services are required to keep my vehicle in a good condition. They cleaned my windshields and vacuumed the inside of my car. I will be returning in 2 weeks to get the rest of the services completed. Thank you, guys!

Friendly, familial, yet highly professional service. Men were patient yet prompt in their service. They took the time to explain what they were doing. Coffee not bad.

Let me tell you a little story. I used to go to the Jiffy Lube in Owings Mills. Never again after going to the one in Reisterstown. The one in Owings Mills one time I just pulled in and was getting out of my car and the first thing the guy said to me was oh you need wipers. Funny thing is I had just put wipers on 2 weeks prior. Then they said have a seat, we will get your oil change done. No vacuuming and lucky if you get your windows done which they claim to do. Well I decided to try the one in Reisterstown. Talk about night and day! I went there and the first thing they said was good morning, how are you today. Then they asked what can I do for you. Then they escorted me to the waiting lounge and said there is coffee if you would like some. They did my oil change, my windows, and vacuumed. They were very personable, unlike the one in Owings Mills. I would ?? percent suggest the Jiffy Lube in Reisterstown. The whole atmosphere is totally different and made for a much better experience. I'm glad I tried that shop! You can bet I will continue to do business with the Reisterstown shop from here on out! Thank you guys for showing how it's supposed to be done.

I went there to get only my engine oil changed, but they added my Viper fluid, checked the radiator fluid level, and checked the brake fluid. I like those additional things they did for me even though it wasn't the reason I went. They were speedy in changing the engine oil. They're doing well.
