Jiffy Lube is a great place to go

I needed an oil change while I was visiting out of state. As always the service was fast and efficient. The waiting area was clean. Thank you for helping me Jiffy Lube.

Update: 5/20/26 Let me say that I really thought that Jiffy lube added to much power steering fluid, however I was not correct with that assessment. Jiffy lube went back and reviewed the video o recordings, which is of great value to both jiffy lube and the customers. We now feel that the power steering pump which was replaced about a year ago from another mechanic was not a very good quality pump. My friend has had her oil change at this location numerous times with no problem. I was just surprised that the pump failed so quickly. Jiffy Lube did nothing wrong and was able to prove it, which means a lot!! I highly recommend and sincerely apologize for the poor reviews before knowing all the information 5/7/26 update: The regional manager called my friend and said they needed to look at the video footage of the work done to the car. The car is still stuck in a grocery store parking lot. Hope it is still there. Jiffy lube did offer to tow it. Hope they do the right thing. Not easy to go to work without the car. 5/6/26 A friend recently (March 2026)had an oil change at the Jiffy Lube on Ritchie Hwy and Furnace Branch road. They said the power steering fluid was low and asked if they can fill it up which they did!! They filled the reservoir to the very top. The reservoir has a max and min range. Over filling will cause damage to the power steering pump and rack and pinion. Within 2 weeks the car started to make a lot of noise in the power steering system and then the car made some loud noises and stopped working. The power steering pump froze up and broke the serpentine belt and bent the power steering pump pulley. The car has been stranded near Germantown, Md for about 3-4 days. The shop has said the regional manager will get back to her but as of today 5/6/26 there has been no call from the regional manager. I will keep you all posted tomorrow to see if we get any response and see if jiffy lube does the right thing and fix the problem!!

They could not work on my car today, but they were above and beyond helpful. They gave me a ton of good information/advice and while i was waiting for a tow, they were honest kind and fair with customer after customer while I was in the waiting room. Even though they could not work on my vehicle, they took the time to explain things and treated me with respect and dignity in a tough situation.?? I would recommend. ??

I went during what I assume is peak hours. The guy checking people in got me out of the cold and in total I was there less than 30 minutes. Shantrice at the desk was very nice and answered all my questions. I would definitely go back there again.

Got an oil change at a later time then usual and met a different crew then usual. They are always quick with the oil change but tonight the tech that checked my service was top notch. Shantrice showed me how each service test passed, what my air filter looked like and how my fluids checked out. Everyone was quick and very kind!

Nice place. Staff is nice, respectful and knowledgeable. Affordable prices. Easy and convenient location. Small seating area to wait for your vehicle. Recommended!

We were in and out in less than 15 minutes. I was a little concerned how they did it so fast. But everything was great. They had about 7 people working. Oil change runs 120.00.

So quick and friendly… and I didn’t have to awkwardly sit in the car as they worked.

Valvoline was a ghost town and this Jiffy Lube was packed when I pulled in so I was about to turn around when a pleasant young man came out heard my sense of urgency and assured me of quick service! Inside I was greeted with hot coffee and great customer service by a young lady with a great smile. I can see why it’s busy, I worked in sales and service 25 years and know when I’m feeling valued. They even vacuumed my car! Thank you!

Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable! I came in trying to be cheap, but he took the time to explain why my engine maintenance was important and helped me understand what my car really needed. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism—definitely a great experience!

Top tier service, and they inform me of everything that was needed to be done. I will definitely be back.

I had my alternator and battery replaced on a Sunday. Everything was handled professionally. I was thankful they could fix it on Sunday. The staff were great.

I enjoyed every experience of this from when I drove up and the introduction to the guy discussing my options and recommendations to checking out. The waiting area was clean as well. Thank you! I will always come back.

This guys do an excellent job they don’t make you wait and Ms. Mindy has a very great customer service. She explains you everything and tries to keep the customer informed at every moment. Keep the good job guys.

Quick easy helpful staff and overall good location

Best damn jiffy around. They are quick, thorough and have great customer service. I've started taking my car here after the car warranty package was up and I feel they are quicker and better service than at the dealer. I'm glad such a great spot is so close to home.

Pricey but they get the job done. I recommend this location. Never forget to check for coupons on their website. Every penny helps.
