Got a oil change at in and out in New Orleans and by the time i got to pineville the cover or skid plate cover was dragging and coming off and jiffy lube was rite by hotel, the guys Brandon , and Mr Bobby were so helpful and polite and were able to put it back together with easy

Brandon helped me understand everything they were doing and explained why they were doing it. He answered any questions that I had. Very happy with my experience. Strongly would recommend.

The jiffy lube on Hwy 165 are always very nice and do a good job. I would never go too the one on Edgewood again though. The lady there is very rude and pushy about the services you need.

I generally go to the one on Edgewood. They are ALWAYS nice and helpful. Very quick and knowledgeable. I know next to nothing about mechanicking and they explain everything coherently. It's not terribly expensive either. Although tbh I wouldn't really know. Recommend.

I had a really good experience at Jiffy Lube. My car had been dying on me multiple times, and I honestly had no idea what was wrong and was pretty stressed about it. When I brought it in, they were super helpful and didn’t make me feel dumb for not knowing anything about cars. They took the time to actually look into the problem instead of just guessing, and they figured out what was causing it. They explained everything in a way I could understand and got it fixed so I could safely get back on the road. I really appreciated how patient and honest they were, and it made a frustrating situation a lot easier. I would definitely recommend them if you’re having car trouble.

They tell you in detail about the service your receiving and always courteous.. And also they are pretty quick not a very long wait...

I came in there the other day because I had to leave out to go to Mississippi. And well Gerald was my guy, he did everything in a timely manner and was very good he needs a raise or a higher position, he does a great job and very fast thank you all again!! We had our oil changed, discovered we needed additional work done, or given an excellent quote we will be getting service here. The staff is excellent, friendly and courteous. Patricia is the manager she rocks.

Everyone was really nice and respectful. I always come here for my oil changes and what not. They let me know what needed to be taken care of soon even if I didn’t want it done then and there. They topped off my washer fluid, and I had even mentioned to one of the nice lady’s that there were streaks on my windshield and she even cleaned them for me! I told her she didn’t have too but she insisted. I’d 100% recommend going here for any car needs.
