They were nice and quick with the oil change and I helped me with my misfire

Came by for top off. Spoke with the new gm didn't catch his name. He said it's a new crew and they focus on customer service. I saw they also have a girl working there now. Marquitus I believe his name was check my oil level outside. (They had three cars inside) it was full he added air to my tires. Very polite young man. Will be back again. Usually bounce between this and Evanston but going to stay with Wilmette.

20/10 place. Upbeat workers, loud, thorough, and respectful to cars and customers. Been to Jiffy Lubes in Arizona, Vegas, and chicago. This is by far the best I've been to. Will be my new spot from now on!

Amazing team. Amazing store Amazing culture. Spoke with the GM Jose. He has an autistic person working there putting air in the tires. His name is Kelly and he is very polite and outspoken. Speedy service as well. They also have a girl working there. Who is knowledgeable and professional. Will be telling all my friends and bringing our cars here again.

Great guys, very nice loved getting everything explained to me, needed my oil changed. Got it done in like 20 mins and was overall nice experience.

Jose was great! I needed an oil change and he got me out quick, not only that he checked my car to make sure I needed another repairs because I drive alot! Will be going there more often!

I was in the area and needed an oil change. The service was fast and efficient, and the team went above and beyond by checking over my car and including a fuel flush. The staff was professional, friendly, and easy to work with. I really appreciated how smooth the whole process was—definitely recommend!
