The team at jiffy lube Ottawa is the absolute best! Every time I come here they are super friendly and welcoming! Jake is an exceptional asset to the company! He runs a tight ship! I’ve been coming for oil changes and they diagnosed my radiator corrosion and I procrastinated enough and finally came and got it done! They all work so well together as a team! Top notch customer service!

Came for a regular oil change and was happy they were able to get my cabin filter changed out too. It had been jammed in there and stuck for a time. Grateful to the team there that were able to take care of this issue. Service was excellent all around.
