Jen and her team have helped me tremendously. I went in for a oil change and they informed me of every step being made. Very professional and outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube. Everyone here is professional.

Great service! I mentioned to the guys that I was getting ready for a road trip and was worried I might have missed something. Dan and the team took the time to thoroughly check my car—inspecting the tires, topping off all the fluids, checking the wiper blades, air filter, and making sure everything was road-trip ready. They explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. It’s one less thing to worry about before a 12-hour drive with my three kids! Thank you, Dan and the crew, for the excellent customer service and peace of mind.

I can’t say enough good things about the manager here, Anthony, along with Jen and Dan! They went above and beyond to rectify a really terrible situation I had that was due to the incompetence of another oil change place. They didn’t have the oil filter in stock that was needed for my car, but Anthony was able to order it and get it to the shop within an hour. When I got there, they saw that the other place I had gone to did not replace my oil cap, and oil had spilled under the hood. Anthony was in contact with the other shop and had that manager go purchase and bring a new oil cap in for me. Poor Anthony and Jen waited there with myself and my 3 kids until after 7pm on Saturday (the shop closed at 5, mind you) for the manager from the other shop (Valvoline in Randall Rd in Elgin- terrible service. Do not recommend) to come with the oil cap. My kids and I were supposed to be driving to WI the next day, and there’s no way that would’ve happened without their above and beyond service.

Jen was incredible very easy to work with and helpful. I am coming back to the Elgin location next time

Jen and Anthony were great and warm! Stopped by in the morning for a quick oil change and they were very courteous and checked my cabin and engine filters too, for me to know what condition they were in. Will be coming back again!

Very good service. Richard was very polite with me. On another occasion Josh was super helpful when my dad’s car had some issues and was sent to a mechanic. He was very patient and kind to him (can’t say the same about the bald dude yelling at poor Josh). Anyway, everyone else slayed!
