Wonderful customer service!!

All I got was an oil change but had to leave a review. Mainly because the staff was so friendly and efficient. Wesley helped me out and provided excellent customer service.

My grandson and I sat in the car while the technician changed my oil and they were so professional and offered us a bottle of water. I would definitely go back.

My experience at Jiffy lube was outstanding! They had me in and out within 30 minutes. They were very thorough and efficient and went above and beyond. I was offered free refreshments durin my wait. I highly recommend there services to everyone!

This is my second time having my oil changed at this location. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The even found me a discount, so that I ended up paying less than I expected. I will definitely go back for my next oil change.

Exceptional quick service.

Did a very thorough job, very polite and young girl who initially met me with info/sign in board was very sweet and accommodating. They also appreciate our service members and give a military discount. Will definitely use them as my future place for oil change and tire service. The only thing they didn't do was show me the oil dipstick when done servicing my car which most all places do so you know your oil change is completed. I own a 2016 Buick Enclave, oil change and new filter was a total of $103 before military discount. Total pd was $77 so very pleased?

Went to American Lube 1st ,they wanted $189 for oil change,Saw Take 5 sticker on my windshield,so went there,was told they don't work on Fiat anymore,So I remembered seeing Jiffy Lube on Bemiss rd,so I stopped there and was really impressed when asked if they can help me ,told them about Take 5 and They said Sure they could help me with getting oil change! They did an amazing job and gave me 25% off coupon.Jiffy Lube will be my Oil Change place for Now On! Thank You Jiffy Lube!

Great customer service!! Fast and friendly

I received an oil change. The crew did an excellent job and communicated back and forth to complete the oil change. They checked my fluids and air pressures. They completed a walk around and checked my lights and battery strength. Completed everything professionally and with a friendly attitude. I WILL be going back and recommend you do to.

Everyone was friendly and welcoming. In and out in 30 minutes. Very nice waiting area. Did not feel pressured to upgrade anything. They took great care of my car. Also offered discount for being a nurse.

I am very pleased with my service last week. Christina seemed very knowledgeable along with her manager on fixing my truck. They made sure my ride was safe for my children and I and Christina made me feel right at home as I waited. I have children and their expertise ensured me and my children have a safe vehicle to travel in. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Always fast and professional

I get all my basic services done here like oil changes and brake replacements. The staff is always super helpful, friendly, and professional and always looking for ways to help me save some money.

So nice to see this place under new management. I was excited when they built this location at the end of my road and then very disappointed with the service I received for the first six months. They left my oil filter loose on multiple occasions causing oil to leak out in my driveway. They also neglected to reattach the body under paneling correctly and left the skid plate loose on my Ford expedition. When I visited today, the gentleman serviced my vehicle was professional and extremely proficient. Glad you guys got it together.
