Very helpful and thorough

I went to the Jiffy Lube on US Highway 80 on Whitmarsh Island because I was having an issue from a previous oil change they had done, and honestly, I was a little skeptical going in, But the experience completely turned around. The manager was so understanding and genuinely listened to everything I had to say. I never felt brushed off or rushed. What really stood out to me was that he actually took the time to look at and work on my car himself to make sure he fully understood what was going on. That meant a lot. The other young gentleman who helped was also super professional and respectful, and together they made sure all my concerns were handled. You can definitely tell there’s new management, and it shows in the best way. The level of care and customer service I received was night and day compared to before. I left feeling heard, taken care of, and honestly just relieved. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone.

Quick, efficient, and helpful Doc knows his stuff. He helped me out with a problem a previous employee caused.

Kareem was super helpful walking us through our oil change and explaining to us the level of our oil, coolant, and the like. We’ve come here at least a dozen times in the past and haven’t had anybody else really walk us through anything like that, so it was a nice experience getting to listen and know how well my car is actually doing. From the moment I pulled up Kareem and Zanquis were pleasant and professional. They both let me know what service they recommended and gave me some knowledge on the time frame of an oil change. They got me out quickly while servicing another car at the same time. I would most definitely be returning!
