My girlfriend and I came in for service, and we had a fantastic experience. Antwuni helped me, and Max helped my girlfriend. As two women, we’ve sometimes felt talked down to or pressured when dealing with car maintenance, but that was absolutely not the case here. Both of them were respectful, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making us feel uncomfortable or pushed into anything. The service was quick, honest, and stress-free. We left feeling informed and confident about the work that was done. Excellent customer service all around, and we’ll definitely be back.

I got my oil changed today and I am so thankful for Max! He was polite and thorough. He checked my lights. (No one’s asked to do that before), and saw my tag light was out!! He saved me a ticket… I really appreciate his work ethic and kindness!

Great service at the jiffy Lube on Jiles Rd in Kennesaw! The manager knew exactly what transmission fluid to use, had it on hand, and tools necessary to do the job! Four other service providers simply did not carry the fluid, or didn’t know Subarus require a special fluid. The manager was excellent as well as the techs. Thank you!

Robby is absolutely amazing. I really appreciate the time and attention that he gave me. My car stopped in the middle of the road on my way to their location to replace my battery. They immediately came out to assist; he quoted me a reasonable and affordable price. I always come here for my oil changes. They have a loyal customer. Thank you again!!!

Excellent customer service and service in general

Doing oil changes at home is time consuming unless you own a lift. But sometimes the places that offer this service are freaking annoying and a pain in the ass. Austin and Antwun made the whole thing feel like a quick stop at the grocery store. The service was professional and clean, and the guys in the shop were all very nice and conversational. 10/10 would oil again !

These folks are great. Yes they’ll try and sell you services but that’s the job. They are sensitive to your time and super communicative. Professional and friendly. I’ll be back for sure.

Great location! Kind, efficient, and went the extra mile cleaning my windshield and blowing debris out from under my hood. I came with a coupon, which they were able to honor and then some. A+ customer service.

The Staff here is EXCELLENT, friendly, helpful, thorough, and efficient!! As of May 29, I have used this store and its VERY CAPABLE staff SEVERAL times. These are the folks you want to have taking care of your vehicle!! They are hands down THE BEST!!! I'm bringing all of vehicles to them for everything mechanical and fluid-wise that they can do, and there's not much that they cannot do! You won't be disappointed!!
