Customer service from everybody I can in contact with was excellent. The cashier was very informative and friendly. I will definitely be here for all my car needs that they sell.

My wife visited this location about 3 months ago for a oil change to her vehicle. She came home bragging about the excellent customer service and how professional the whole team treated her. I also visited thus location about a week ago to have my oil changed in my vehicle. I was unaware that it was the same location my wife referenced. The location is very close to my neighborhood, so I decided to patronize it. I am also very impressed with the level of professional service . Even the tone of voice used by the gentlemen who addressed me. Also the customer service rep Ms Shephenie, was more than pleasant. I actually felt great about giving her my money because she makes you feel so satisfied and appreciated. This is a great team!!

I took my wife’s car in yesterday and mine today. The service was fast, professional, and friendly. Pricing was straightforward. The location is a bit tucked away in the Parking Spot lot, but it’s worth finding.

Excellent staff/personnel. I was able to pull right in and was done with my oil change in less than 10 minutes. I refer all my friends and neighbors to this particular Jiffy Lube because of their professionalism, but also personable. There's no other place that I prefer.

Fast, courteous, professional. The upsells made sense. I didn't feel like they were trying to offer me things that I didn't need, which was a plus. This is a solid location.

The service I received on 4/23 was phenomenal from the pull up to the pull off.

I was referred to this location and im glad I came. Hands down the best customer service from the time i showed up and when I left. People that have concerns about someone else property and treat it like their own is a plus. Everyone there was a vibe but hands down to Will and I didn't get the other person name so im just go call him ol skool was excellent.
