I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube and wanted to recognize the outstanding service I received from the entire team. Nandlal, the cashier, provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. He took the time to recommend the services that would best fit my vehicle's needs, processed my payment efficiently, and made sure I fully understood each service being performed. What stood out most was his attentiveness and thoughtfulness—he even made sure to keep the A/C running in my car while I waited, which was greatly appreciated given how hot it was outside. Matthew B. and Michael F. serviced my vehicle, and I have absolutely no complaints. They were professional, respectful, courteous, and completed the work efficiently. The entire team made the experience smooth and pleasant. It's not often you come across customer service this good. Thank you all for your professionalism and dedication to providing such a positive experience!

Luis & Nandlal is the PERFECT DUO when it comes to helping out people with their vehicle. nandlal told me what i needed and what was recommended. He didn’t force it on me he let me know this is that and this is this. Also gave me the consequences if not lol. I appreciate his service. Luis is a BEASTT at what he do he need a RAISE man he knowledge and will show you why this is needed he will break it down for you. They both gave me GREAT service and i took care of everything

The staff were very nice and helpful. Mr. Jean was excellent; he goes above and beyond to explain things and show me everything. I’m a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, but the staff were very helpful and informative. I strongly recommend them. Overall, I am highly satisfied.

Jean K was super accommodating on a Sunday afternoon for an oil change! I was in the area when I noticed I had my change oil sign on, and had to get it done urgently. I called less than 15 minutes before this location was closing for the day at 4pm. Jean K told me if I could make it there before 4pm, he would help me with an oil change. Made it at 3:58pm and he honored his promise. I was the last car of three they were still attending, and it all took 30 minutes total (including wait time). I was out and back in the road by 4:30pm. Thanks, Jean K!
