Ventura location excellent. Attentive quick and kind. I almost didn’t use Jiffy Lube any more because of my last experience at the one in Oxnard at The Raplanade, where I was left unattended and not even checked in for over 15 Minutes the last time I tied a Jiffy Lube several months ago.

I came in for a oil change, I was told that the wait would be about 45 minutes because they only have 2 people on a Saturday morning, I watched the crew working and they did a great job , they finished 1 vehicle in front of me and got me in quickly and finished in about 30 minutes, they were very professional and showed me my air filter and asked about rotating my tires, the also had disposable paper on my car mat, overall excellent service.

Checked all fluids check tires for air and wear recommended a more appropriate oil at no price increase washed windows and mirrors great service gave me peace of mind
