Hi there I went into Jiffy Lube Tarzana today and my Mechanic referred me there and so did several of my Friends & Family! As soon as I drove in I felt like I was the only Customer there even though it was very busy my oil change was very fasr and wonderful. I spoke to Salvador he was great! The one who I was Lucky to do my car was Carlos! Ok I have to warn you that Carlos loves to laugh and is hillarious! So make him laugh! I felt like I knew these guys forever, very comfortable and very nice. PLEASE IF YOU WANT A GREAT JOB GO THERE THEY WILL NOT DISSAPOINT!!! AND PLEASE TELL ALL OF YOUR FRIENDS & FAMILY TO GO THERE AS WELL!! I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS IN YEARS! HARD TO FIND THESE DAYS. THEY NOT ONLY DO OIL CHANGES BUT THEY HAVE OTHER SERVICES THAT THEY DO AS WELL! THE REASON I AM DOING ALL CAPS IS BECAUSE I DON'T WANT YOU TO MISS THIS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THIS IS DEFINITLY MY NEW PLACE TO GO!!! FOR SURE. EXTREMELY SATISFIED PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO THERE SUMMER IS COMING AND YOU WANT YOUR CAR IN TIP TOP SHAPE THIS IS THE PLACE!!!! They are always kind and professional. Even though they may feel a little more expensive compared to other places, the convenience and quick service keep bringing me back.

Mario took great care of my truck and was honest, didn't try to up sell me, and was very thorough. Coming back in a couple weeks for a tire rotation. Great service all around!

Mario,Salvador, and Fernando were super fast I think it was less than 15mins and very helpful in assessing me on what options would needed for my car.

Great service, clear with pricing and was fast. Would come again. Carlos was friendly, transparent and helpful.

Went for a simple oil change, guys took care of it quickly. Went over some recommendations but didn't push on anything. Offered a good deal on the oil change too, topped up the coolant, in and out in 15.
