I came for an oil change on a Saturday at 4:30pm. No line. The 2 workers I interacted with were friendly and helpful. They accepted my coupon from the website. And I was out within 25 minutes.

Patrick was extremely helpful. It’s a busy Friday and the line was long and customers were asking ton of questions, but he multitasked and handled everything and got me in and out in under 30 minutes. Great job Patrick!! P.S. JiffyLube should really allow employees to take tips. This is totally a service job and it would incentivize them. But my guess is JL would rather them upsell and pad the corporate bottom line than have happy employees.
