Roberta was very very helpful and sweet. This is my second time coming to this jiffy lube and it’s the best service I’ve ever received drove from north Hollywood just to get serviced with them because I love the work environment here.

Always quick, explains everything, and not pushy on extras. They even helped tighten a few things that made noise, or at least we think those are the issues but appreciated the attention to detail.

I came in one afternoon for an oil change, and the process was seamless. The staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. I really appreciated how quick and easy everything was, especially with my limited time. Isaac took care of everything and made sure I was well taken care of. Great service!

Shout out to Lazaro and his team for excellent service! I came in for an oil change after I accidentally added oil to my car and forgot to put the cap back on (oil everywhere – total stress). Lazaro was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in, and I really appreciated that he quoted me prices after taxes. Chris was also great – he recommended a new filter and explained why, but didn’t push at all when I declined. I actually decided to buy it after thinking it over. Even checkout was smooth with Luis, who was super friendly. The guys even hosed down my engine for me! Lazaro, Chris, Luis, and George – you rock. Thanks for turning a stressful morning into a pleasant pit stop ??
