Awesome staff, excellent, friendly service!

Fast service, honest workers and great customer service!

The staff was very friendly and professional. I was checked in as soon as I pulled up. They did a full inspection of all blinkers, lights, and washer fluid before I stepped out of the car. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. They provided water and fresh fruit. Great touch! When they were finished, the same person who checked me in, brought a copy of my receipt and told me the car was ready to go. Best experience I have had yet at a Jiffy Lube or anywhere else. Excellent customer service!! The staff here should give lessons at other Businesses around town. ??

I have now been here twice now, I have no complaints. Both times services was very professional, courteous and respectful to my time.

Pretty good service. They worked as a team to get me done in about 15 minutes. Remember when an oil change was $19.99? $145 today for an F-150!

Came to get an oil change and left with getting a filter change. Everything I told my dealership about and they denied, Jiffy Lube confirmed that and I will be returning! They have gained a new customer!

Great experience, very accommodating. Give you the option to go inside or stay in the vehicle and ask if you need a water or anything! Great people all around

They were very efficient and nice. I asked pricing of many items and they were helpful with explaining what my vehicle needed.

Michael was amazing and so nice! He got me taken care of very quickly and even went out of his way to show me how to check my oil in the future. No one has ever done that or even cared to ask if I knew how and I really appreciated it! I’ll definitely be coming back!

Service was fast and friendly. I was escorted in the waiting area by an employee and oil change and tires were rotated all while I was on my lunch hour.

I am very appreciative and grateful for the service that they showed. I went to Walmart across the street and waited for three hours. They sent me a message stating they were starting on my oil change at 6:25pm. At 7pm they brought my keys and told me that I would have to wait until the next day because they were ending for the night. I was very upset. I left and as I was leaving I saw Jiffy Lube across the street. I wasn’t even paying attention to the time at the moment. I pulled up and the personnel showed me mercy after I shared my story. I will never go to Walmart on Cantrell again. Jiffy Lube on Cantrell is my store! Kimberley Wesley??

The assistant manager is precious. She made sure I got back to work before my planning period was over. She was constantly checking on everyone in the waiting room. I greatly appreciated her keeping in mind I was on a time crunch.
