We aim to Please Customers! We believe Speed of Service is vital and Consistency Ensures Quality. Good is Not Good Enough, so we must be Great. Hello Central Coast! On behalf of the over 100 Jiffy Lube Central Coast team members, my brother Cody and I would like to thank you for allowing us the opportunity to help you take great care of your vehicle. Since Jiffy Lube Central Coast opened our first Jiffy Lube in Santa Maria back in 1987, the vision we have for our business includes the following goals – 1) Provide the best customer service on the Central Coast, focused on being quick, convenient, informative and professional in all that we do. 2) Hire, train, develop and reward the members of our “J-Team” who are willing to follow our procedures and live up to our high standards and expectations. 3) Use only high quality products when we care for your vehicle, such as Pennzoil motor oil, Nexen tires and Throttle Musscle, all while maintaining a competitive price. But aside from all of our business goals, we believe that we have a responsibility to our Jiffy Lube team members to help them improve their lives, to take better care of their families, and to develop pride and confidence in who they are. To that end, we have challenged the members of our “J-Team” to set a series of personal goals to help them focus on making better decisions and achieving their goals. We do this, in part, through our unique Career Path program. From the moment a team member joins us, they can follow along the Career Path and identify areas within the Jiffy Lube system they want to focus. We offer reimbursement for automotive classes, seminars or other educational programs our team members choose to enhance their journey on the Career Path. We challenge our team to be better members of our community, better co-workers and better friends! We offer our team members benefits such as: Health, Dental, 401(K), paid time off and frequent DoorDash lunches! Many members of our “J-Team” have fought through significant struggles in their lives, and many are continuing to fight through their challenges.
